- āDefine the overarching design vision and strategy for Trade, Transact, and Tokenize
- āBuild and mentor a high-performing design team
- āLead the evolution and maintenance of the design system across web and mobile
- āCreate and oversee wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
- āEnsure successful implementation of designs alongside engineering teams
- āAdvocate for design and articulate design decisions to stakeholders and executives
- āCollaborate deeply with Product and Engineering leadership
