Requirements

  • â—ŹDemonstrated success hiring complex technical profiles including engineering, infrastructure, and security across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
  • â—ŹProven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • â—ŹStrong proactive sourcing and pipeline building skills
  • â—ŹExperience managing cross-border hiring complexities within EMEA
  • â—ŹData-driven approach to recruiting with understanding of hiring velocity, pipeline health, and quality-of-hire metrics
  • â—ŹComfort operating autonomously in a distributed, remote-first organization
  • â—ŹFluency in English required; additional professional proficiency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or another EMEA language strongly preferred
