Requirements
- ā3+ years in technical client-facing support engineering, solutions engineering, or software development
- āPractical experience conducting customer due diligence and risk management functions within an AML/CFT program
- āKnowledge of KYB and KYC processes
- āExperience with CIP, CDD, and EDD
- āStrong understanding of REST API, SDK, WebSocket, and webhook integration
- āAbility to write SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis
- āProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Javascript/Typescript, Golang, or Rust
- āExperience with logging, documentation, ticket tracking, and SLA monitoring tools
- āAbility to communicate technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- āExperience working in a B2B2C fintech or SaaS context (preferred)
- āExperience with Docker and Kubernetes (preferred)
- āBasic understanding of blockchain, crypto, and web3 technologies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- āLead onboarding and risk management program
- āExecute CIP, CDD, and EDD processes
- āImplement KYB and KYC client onboarding and KYC refreshes
- āConduct high-risk customer and client reviews
- āPerform platform audits
- āReview consumer-facing disclosures, marketing, and advertising for compliance with standards
- āDeep-dive into complex code and client integrations to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues
- āCollaborate with engineering to escalate and prioritize bugs, product gaps, and client feedback
- āBuild internal tools, scripts, and dashboards to improve support efficiency and monitor API health
- āCreate alerts, monitors, and runbooks
- āProvide incident support for enterprise partners
