Responsibilities

  • ā—Lead and develop Customer Success, Inbound Sales and Outbound Sales functions
  • ā—Manage the existing creator portfolio and improve retention
  • ā—Drive month-over-month revenue growth
  • ā—Build scalable processes for account management, creator activation, inbound conversion and outbound outreach
  • ā—Improve sales scripts, value proposition, objection handling and deal-closing mechanics
  • ā—Personally lead complex conversations with top creators, strategic partners and agencies
  • ā—Manage, train and support a small commercial team and set performance standards
  • ā—Collaborate with Marketing on paid acquisition, influencer activation and partnership campaigns
  • ā—Identify new business opportunities across creator economy, digital products and paid communities
