Requirements
- āExperience managing multi-country payroll operations across PEOs, EORs, and local entities
- āPayroll accounting expertise including month-end close, general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, accruals, and GAAP compliance
- āHands-on experience with US federal and state payroll tax compliance, IRS and state agency correspondence, multi-state registrations, and nexus analysis
- āProven track record of payroll consolidation, process centralisation, or system implementation
- āERP experience with NetSuite strongly preferred and familiarity with equity compensation platforms
- āProven use of AI tools and workflow automation to redesign payroll or finance operations
Responsibilities
- āOwn end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions and entity types
- āLead consolidation of payroll operations to reduce vendor complexity and costs
- āManage equity and token compensation programs including RSU and RTU administration and vesting
- āOwn payroll accounting and the monthly close including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliation
- āServe as primary point of contact for US federal and state payroll tax authorities and manage multi-state registrations
- āBuild and deploy AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual processing and improve variance detection
- āOwn global employee benefits programs and manage vendor relationships and compliance
- āPartner with People, Legal, Tax, and Treasury on payroll policy, workforce cost forecasting, and compliance risk
