Requirements

- āProven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies for financial infrastructure products
- āStrong understanding of fintech and crypto competitive landscape
- āExcellent written and verbal communication skills
- āDeep fluency in the B2B sales cycle with the ability to create sales enablement materials that accelerate deals
- āAbility to read and interpret product documentation and translate them into buyer facing language without losing accuracy
- āExperience with competitive intelligence frameworks and presenting findings for sales teams
- āAbility to collaborate cross functionally with product sales marketing customer success and other teams
- āBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is an advantage
Responsibilities
- āLead end to end go to market strategies for product launches and define launch goals timelines and key activities
- āDevelop high impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks one pagers videos and case studies and ensure consistent positioning and messaging
- āOwn product positioning value propositions and messaging pillars rooted in customer insights and market dynamics and deliver demonstrations and external facing content
- āConduct customer interviews and win loss analyses to uncover insights and ROI metrics and collaborate with Customer Success to source references
- āStay up to date on competitor activity and build competitive intelligence frameworks to inform positioning and sales strategies
