Job Description

[AI-summarized by JobStash]

You will own the vision, production, and go-to-market of Amanotes' next music platform, leading the end-to-end process from user understanding and concept through soft launch, global launch, and live operations. You won't inherit a roadmap or a P&L — you'll inherit a strategic mandate, a CEO sponsor, a seed team, and the freedom (and accountability) to find product-market fit from scratch. You'll thrive here if you've started something before, if talking to 30 users sounds like a normal Tuesday, and if you'd rather pick one beachhead and dominate it than build for everyone and convince no one.

Requirements

  • ā—Built a product or business from zero to material revenue, either as a founder or as the first business lead inside a larger company
  • ā—Comfort with two-sided markets, understanding why supply and demand have to be solved together
  • ā—A real customer-discovery practice with ability to describe last 20 user interviews and resulting changes
  • ā—Fluency in unit economics: LTV, CAC, payback, cohort retention
  • ā—Track record of recruiting senior people into ambiguous, early-stage work and keeping them
  • ā—Have shipped in the creator economy, music tech, social, or live entertainment (nice to have)
  • ā—Have led a P&L in Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam, Indonesia, or the Philippines (nice to have)
  • ā—Have raised external capital or built an internal business case strong enough to clear an IPO-track board (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • ā—Identify and validate the beachhead segment within 4 months, using primary market research from 50+ creators and 50+ fans
  • ā—Ship the first paid version of the product to 5-10 reference customers by month 6
  • ā—Hit a defined product-market-fit threshold by month 12
  • ā—Build a core team across product, engineering, growth, and creator partnerships
  • ā—Own strategy end-to-end, from beachhead selection to follow-on market expansion
  • ā—Run primary market research personally, especially in the first six months
  • ā—Define and test the riskiest assumptions before scaling spend using MVBPs and concierge-mode experiments
  • ā—Set and defend the business model, pricing, and unit economics
  • ā—Hire the founding team and set the operating cadence
  • ā—Partner with LiveOps, New Games, and Music App leads on shared infrastructure, content, and audience handoffs
  • ā—Report progress against milestones to the CEO and board

Benefits & Perks

  • ā—13th month salary
  • ā—Year-end Bonus and ESOP
  • ā—Flexible working time
  • ā—Personal learning and well-being budget
  • ā—Team-building budget
  • ā—Lunch and parking allowance
  • ā—Various learning activities including internal training & sharing, international conferences, and e-learning
  • ā—Engaging music events: Music Night, Amasing Night, Music schools
  • ā—Employee Assistance Program to support mental health & well-being
  • ā—12 days of paid annual leave, plus 10 days of paid sick leave
  • ā—12 days working from home per year
