You will own the vision, production, and go-to-market of Amanotes' next music platform, leading the end-to-end process from user understanding and concept through soft launch, global launch, and live operations. Requirements
- āBuilt a product or business from zero to material revenue, either as a founder or as the first business lead inside a larger company
- āComfort with two-sided markets, understanding why supply and demand have to be solved together
- āA real customer-discovery practice with ability to describe last 20 user interviews and resulting changes
- āFluency in unit economics: LTV, CAC, payback, cohort retention
- āTrack record of recruiting senior people into ambiguous, early-stage work and keeping them
- āHave shipped in the creator economy, music tech, social, or live entertainment (nice to have)
- āHave led a P&L in Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam, Indonesia, or the Philippines (nice to have)
- āHave raised external capital or built an internal business case strong enough to clear an IPO-track board (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- āIdentify and validate the beachhead segment within 4 months, using primary market research from 50+ creators and 50+ fans
- āShip the first paid version of the product to 5-10 reference customers by month 6
- āHit a defined product-market-fit threshold by month 12
- āBuild a core team across product, engineering, growth, and creator partnerships
- āOwn strategy end-to-end, from beachhead selection to follow-on market expansion
- āRun primary market research personally, especially in the first six months
- āDefine and test the riskiest assumptions before scaling spend using MVBPs and concierge-mode experiments
- āSet and defend the business model, pricing, and unit economics
- āHire the founding team and set the operating cadence
- āPartner with LiveOps, New Games, and Music App leads on shared infrastructure, content, and audience handoffs
- āReport progress against milestones to the CEO and board
