Requirements

- āStrong preference for candidates based in Zurich or willing to relocate

- āRelevant backgrounds include: Technical founder; or 2+ years in Web3/DeFi in a technical, research, product, protocol, or risk role; or 2+ years in cybersecurity with involvement or interest in Web3/DeFi; or 2+ years in finance or institutional markets with involvement or interest in Web3/DeFi
Responsibilities
- āBuild, maintain, and grow relationships with top technical founders and engineers across Web3
- āLead technical-commercial sales processes from first conversation to signed engagement in collaboration with security engineers
- āDevelop long-term trusted relationships with clients
- āCollaborate with engineers and leadership to understand client needs and design tailored security solutions
- āTranslate complex technical challenges into clear strategic recommendations for clients
- āAct as trusted security advisor to leading Web3 teams
- āImprove internal processes and tooling using AI and automation
- āRepresent the organization at conferences and private events worldwide
- āTranslate engineering research and expertise into market-facing narratives and content
- āMonitor market trends and identify promising opportunities across Web3
- āMaintain deep ecosystem knowledge and inform long-term commercial strategy
