Responsibilities
- āDevelop and execute sales strategies to expand presence in Spanish-speaking Latin America
- āDesign, implement, and refine the sales process and playbook for repeatability and scalability
- āProspect, engage, and acquire new clients and maintain a pipeline from prospecting to activation
- āEstablish and manage distribution, channel, and commercial partnerships
- āGather, analyze, and share client and market feedback with product, growth, and leadership teams
- āDefine, monitor, and report on KPIs for sales, partnerships, and commercial performance
- āCollaborate with Head of Expansion and Growth to co-create and execute GTM plans, experiments, and regional campaigns
- āHire, train, and manage commercial and sales teams across the region
- āCoordinate with marketing, compliance, and operations to align regional priorities and execution
