We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Manager to lead content creation and community engagement for Binance’s North Latam region. This role will focus on producing compelling organic content across key social media platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok, as well as managing and growing our regional blog. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands social media trends, and knows how to build and maintain an engaged community in the crypto space.
Responsibilities:
Create, plan, and publish engaging organic content tailored for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant social channels.
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with regional marketing campaigns and product launches.
Manage and grow the North Latam social community by fostering engagement and encouraging interaction.
Produce high-quality blog content for the North Latam region that educates, informs, and drives interest in Binance products and the crypto ecosystem.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
Analyze content performance metrics and community feedback to optimize future content strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media content and community engagement, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or tech sectors.
Proven experience managing social media content and community engagement, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or tech sectors.
Strong knowledge of Meta platforms, YouTube, TikTok, and content best practices for organic growth.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating blog articles and social media posts.
Proven creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging content and adapting to evolving social media trends.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and content management systems.
Passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital innovation.
Fluency in English.
