Requirements

- āStrong background recruiting in fintech and/or crypto, ideally in early-stage or high-growth companies
- āProven ability to source and close senior, hard-to-hire technical and business roles
- āExperience as the first or early talent acquisition hire at a company is a plus
- āDeep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing
- āStrong existing network across fintech and/or crypto talent markets
- āAbility to operate independently and build structure from ambiguity
- āExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- āExperience implementing and managing ATS platforms (Ashby preferred)
- āData-driven mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality
Responsibilities
- āOwn full-cycle recruiting across technical, go-to-market, product, operations, and compliance roles
- āProactively source and engage candidates leveraging fintech and/or crypto talent networks
- āRun end-to-end recruiting processes including outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
- āDesign and implement talent acquisition strategy, recruiting processes, and hiring best practices
- āPartner with hiring managers to scope roles, define job descriptions, and align on hiring priorities
- āBuild structured interview processes including interview loops, scorecards, and interviewer training
- āManage the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- āEstablish and continuously improve candidate experience standards, communication, and feedback loops
- āProvide data and insights on pipeline health, time-to-hire, and recruiting effectiveness
- āLead workforce planning and hiring roadmaps with leadership
