Responsibilities
- āOwn technical coordination for chain integrations, upgrades, and migrations
- āDefine and guide partners through upgrade and integration readiness paths
- āCoordinate timelines, dependencies, and expectations across internal teams and external partners
- āServe as the primary technical point of contact for OP Stack partners post-launch
- āProvide high-signal guidance on OP Stack architecture, configuration, and operational best practices
- āTriage partner issues and route them to the appropriate internal engineering stakeholders
- āAct as connective tissue between engineering, product, governance, partnerships, and growth teams
- āTranslate complex technical changes into partner-ready guidance and communication
- āProduce partner-ready technical documentation, guides, and templates
- āCreate and maintain upgrade playbooks, SOPs, and readiness checklists
- āRoute structured feedback on adoption blockers and ecosystem risk to product and engineering
