Responsibilities
- āProvide executive support to the CEO Chief Growth Officer and VP of Engineering
- āManage complex calendars travel logistics and meeting preparation
- āServe as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders handling communications with discretion
- āCoordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings board preparation and company offsites
- āSupport leadership offsites including coordination materials note taking and action item follow up
- āEstablish and improve administrative systems and processes
- āRecommend time management prioritization delegation and organization improvements

- āTravel internationally as needed
