FinchTrade is a crypto OTC liquidity provider, financial intermediary, and algorithmic trading firm headquartered in Zug, Switzerland.

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong network in the crypto and payments industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and closing complex B2B deals with financial institutions, PSPs, EMIs, fintechs, exchanges, and crypto-native businesses.

What you’ll do

Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across Europe and other target markets.
Develop relationships with PSPs, EMIs, fintechs, crypto exchanges, brokers, institutional clients, and liquidity providers.
Understand clients’ business needs and position FinchTrade’s liquidity and trading solutions accordingly.
Represent FinchTrade at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Trading, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver the best client experience.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts.
Work with the AML and Compliance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

What you bring

3+ years of B2B sales experience in cross-border payments, crypto, digital assets, or financial infrastructure.
Experience selling to PSPs, EMIs, exchanges, brokers, hedge funds, fintechs, or institutional clients.
Strong understanding of crypto trading, liquidity, OTC, payments, or financial infrastructure.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
An existing professional network within the European crypto or payments ecosystem is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus).
