Job Overview

We are looking for a strong Technical Product Lead to drive the development of stablecoin, payments, DeFi, and onchain FX products. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can own product strategy, work closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and business teams, and deliver secure, scalable digital asset products for institutional customers and global markets. The ideal candidate will have deep experience building products within the crypto, stablecoin, blockchain, or digital asset ecosystem and understand the intersection between traditional finance and blockchain-based payment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1.Product Leadership & System Design

·Own product vision, roadmap, requirements, workflows, and delivery priorities for stablecoin, payments, DeFi, and onchain FX products.

·Lead the design and development of institutional-grade digital asset products and platforms.

·Work closely with engineering teams on architecture across blockchain networks, smart contracts, custody, wallets, settlement, liquidity, and DeFi protocols.

·Design end-to-end product flows covering stablecoin issuance, minting, burning, redemption, swaps, liquidity routing, and FX conversion.

·Translate business, technical, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and API requirements.

·Drive product quality, security, testing, and production readiness.

2.Delivery & Ecosystem Integrations

·Lead product delivery from concept through launch with clear ownership and execution milestones.

·Manage integrations with banks, custodians, wallet providers, payment networks, exchanges, and blockchain partners.

·Own API design, data flows, reconciliation processes, pricing logic, and operational tooling.

·Support institutional client solutions, technical discussions, product demonstrations, and go-to-market activities.

·Drive continuous product improvement based on market feedback, user needs, and performance metrics.

3.Compliance, Risk & Controls

·Embed compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements into product design.

·Support reserve transparency, audit readiness, operational controls, and governance frameworks.

·Maintain awareness of evolving stablecoin, payments, DeFi, and digital asset regulations.

·Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet institutional and regulatory expectations.

4.Collaboration & Leadership

·Work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, legal, finance, and commercial teams.

·Align stakeholders around product priorities, delivery timelines, risks, and opportunities.

·Provide clear communication on product progress, challenges, and strategic decisions.

Key Requirements

1.5+ years of experience in technical product, product management, or product leadership roles across stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, payments, or DeFi.

2.Proven experience building and launching digital asset, payment, blockchain, or fintech infrastructure products.

3.Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems including Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Layer 2 networks, and emerging blockchain infrastructure.

4.Experience with smart contracts, preferably Solidity.

5.Hands-on experience with custody, wallet infrastructure, MPC/HSM, and digital asset security systems.

6.Experience with cross-border payments, settlement infrastructure, liquidity platforms, or tokenised assets.

7.Understanding of DeFi protocols, AMMs, DEXs, oracle systems such as Chainlink, and proof-of-reserve models.

8.Experience with onchain FX, stablecoin swaps, or tokenised FX workflows.

9.Experience integrating payment rails such as SWIFT, ACH, FedNow, RTP, or other financial networks with blockchain systems.

10.Experience with AI-powered workflows, automation, or agentic AI solutions is a plus.

11.Strong ownership, communication, execution, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1.Experience in the US crypto, stablecoin, blockchain, and digital asset industry.

2.Experience with stablecoin issuance platforms or digital asset payment infrastructure.

3.Experience with CBDC, deposit token, tokenisation, or institutional blockchain projects.

4.Experience working with regulated financial products and institutional customers.

5.Experience with DeFi liquidity routing, onchain financial products, or tokenised real-world assets.

6.Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
