Requirements

Responsibilities
- āOversee financial operations and own accounting, treasury, and financial reporting
- āMaintain internal controls over fiat and digital assets
- āManage company treasury including crypto, fiat holdings, stablecoin liquidity, and vendor payments
- āMonitor and report financial position, cash runway, and budget-to-actual performance
- āDesign and implement financial systems and processes for expense tracking and payments
- āCoordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting with external partners
- āSupport token operations including warrant tracking and token vesting
- āBudget, forecast, and perform scenario planning for fiat and crypto assets
- āEnsure compliance and risk management including custody and KYC/AML practices
- āPrepare investor and board financial materials
- āSupport fundraising, audits, and due diligence with legal and finance partners
