Requirements
- āDeep understanding of crypto markets and blockchain
- āKnowledge of the EU regulatory framework for Crypto Asset Service Providers
- āFamiliarity with MiCAR GDPR DORA AMLR MiFID and PSD2 and Regulation 2023/1114
- āMinimum 3 years experience in Compliance within Fintech or Crypto
- āAbility to engage with national and EU regulators and technical proficiency in English and Italian
- āSolution oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- āSupport regulatory and financial compliance with focus on MiCAR GDPR DORA and AMLR
- āMonitor operational processes and legislative requirements for CASP including MiFID and PSD2
- āMaintain and update standard operating procedures and policies
- āIdentify and manage conflicts of interest and execute compliance controls and reports
- āMonitor and manage market abuse reporting and related regulatory reporting
- āSupport complaints handling and monitoring activities
- āDraft regulatory reports analyses and feasibility studies on national EU and international rules
