Requirements

Responsibilities

  • ā—Support regulatory and financial compliance with focus on MiCAR GDPR DORA and AMLR
  • ā—Monitor operational processes and legislative requirements for CASP including MiFID and PSD2
  • ā—Maintain and update standard operating procedures and policies
  • ā—Identify and manage conflicts of interest and execute compliance controls and reports
  • ā—Monitor and manage market abuse reporting and related regulatory reporting
  • ā—Support complaints handling and monitoring activities
  • ā—Draft regulatory reports analyses and feasibility studies on national EU and international rules
