As a Crypto Partnership Manager at KAST, you will lead integrations and strategic collaborations that expand KAST’s on-chain capabilities and ecosystem reach.**

Your role sits at the intersection of product, ecosystem, and growth—working closely with chains, DeFi protocols, wallets, and Web3 communities to strengthen KAST’s position as the global stablecoin banking layer.

You’ll identify high-impact partners, execute integrations that enhance our product, and design co-marketing and incentive programs that drive user acquisition and transaction growth.

Responsibilities

Growth & Ecosystem Partnerships**

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with ecosystem players (e.g., chains, communities, KOLs, or NFT brands) to accelerate user growth.
  • Co-develop campaigns, loyalty programs, and incentives that align partner and KAST growth objectives.
  • Support co-branded initiatives that extend KAST’s reach within crypto-native audiences.
Execution & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of crypto partners, ensuring long-term alignment and performance.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, incentive models, and integration frameworks.
  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Legal, and Marketing to launch and scale collaborations effectively.
Integration & Product Enablement
  • Identify and lead integrations with protocols, infrastructure providers, and ecosystems (e.g., DeFi, stablecoins, bridges, wallets, Layer 2s) to enhance KAST’s product features.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align integration priorities and deliver seamless user experiences.
Market Intelligence
  • Track trends across stablecoins, on-chain finance, and Web3 ecosystems to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Benchmark ecosystem strategies to stay ahead of emerging models and markets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–8+ years of proven experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of stablecoins, wallets, and DeFi protocols, with a network across major ecosystems.
  • Strong track record in executing product or technical integrations and managing external partnerships.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, product-driven environments and manage complex internal and external dependencies.
  • Skilled negotiator and communicator who can align technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, analytical, and relentlessly execution-oriented.
