Requirements

- āStrong background in back office operations, treasury, or settlement processes
- āAbility to understand and drive technical and financial requirements including API integrations, blockchain ledger principles, and fiat payment rails
- āExcellent logical analysis, systematic planning, and ability to influence stakeholders through data and storytelling
- āAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple high-stakes tasks effectively
- āBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- āExperience with Agile methodologies
- āFamiliarity with digital assets and regulatory landscape is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- āOwn the roadmap for digital asset wallet infrastructure focusing on security and scalability of hot and cold storage solutions
- āDesign and optimize internal systems for treasury operations including asset rebalancing, liquidity monitoring, and capital buffer management
- āLead integration and maintenance of fiat-to-crypto payment gateways to ensure high deposit and withdrawal success rates
- āCollaborate with Operations and Finance to automate reconciliation processes and reduce manual back-office intervention
- āMonitor DeFi, on-chain data, and competitor offerings to identify growth and product opportunities
- āOwn end-to-end product lifecycle for internal platforms including KYC/AML workflows, fiat integrations, and CRM tools
- āPartner with Operations and Finance to automate and optimize fund flows, treasury management, and daily asset reconciliation
- āFacilitate communication between Engineering, Design, and back-office stakeholders to prioritize high-impact operational projects
- āDevelop and track KPIs for internal tools such as SLA resolution times, false-positive rates, and capital buffer efficiency
