You will own the day-to-day operational flows that enable efficient, high-quality client onboarding. You will conduct checklist-based reviews of KYC/KYB documentation, issue Requests for Information to obtain missing items, maintain audit-ready records, and act as the primary client contact during document collection. Requirements
- āMinimum 3 years experience in business operations, KYC document processing, customer onboarding or similar operational roles
- āHands-on experience with structured checklists, data collection workflows, or document review processes
- āDemonstrable experience building with AI or automation tools, including agentic workflows or prompt-based solutions
- āStrong attention to detail and a process-first mindset
- āAbility to manage case queues, track document status, and follow escalation protocols
- āProven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements in turnaround times
- āFluent business English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- āBased in or able to operate fully aligned with Mexico time zone and public holidays
Responsibilities
- āConduct checklist-based reviews of client KYC and KYB documentation
- āIssue Requests for Information (RFIs) to obtain missing or inconsistent documents
- āMaintain accurate, audit-ready records of documentation received and case status
- āAct as the primary point of contact for clients during document collection
- āOwn and drive end-to-end onboarding operational flows
- āTrack case progress across the pipeline and proactively follow up
- āOwn onboarding speed KPIs and collaborate with Compliance to reduce turnaround time
- āDocument and systematise onboarding processes into automation-ready SOPs
- āIdentify parts of workflows suitable for agentic automation and work with Product and Tech to implement them
- āPrepare and submit Partner Information Forms and supporting documentation for card scheme partners
- āCoordinate third-party reviews and manage timelines, documentation packages, and follow-ups
