Requirements

  • ā—Experience integrating with payment rails such as ACH SEPA and card networks and/or blockchain-based payment flows including wallets custody and stablecoins
  • ā—Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure AWS and/or GCP and containerized deployments (GCP preferred)
  • ā—Experience building systems in regulated environments with security auditability and compliance considerations
  • ā—Preferred: experience building greenfield financial platforms or working in high-growth fintech environments
  • ā—Preferred: familiarity with Ethereum or other smart contract platforms
  • ā—Preferred: experience designing internal ledgering systems or real-time reconciliation engines

Responsibilities

  • ā—Architect and implement high-throughput low-latency payment services in Go
  • ā—Design distributed systems including ledgering settlement orchestration reconciliation and partner integration layers
  • ā—Build event-driven microservices using modern messaging systems and cloud-native patterns
  • ā—Define service boundaries data models and integration contracts across synchronous and asynchronous systems
  • ā—Establish engineering standards for reliability observability security and performance
  • ā—Lead technical design reviews and guide other engineers on complex architectural decisions
  • ā—Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Compliance and Infrastructure to deliver secure enterprise-grade payment capabilities
  • ā—Contribute to production code daily and take ownership of system performance in live environments
