Responsibilities
- āPrepare and manage inspections by the Regulator
- āResearch and understand changes in regulation
- āDevelop and oversee implementation of AML policies
- āDevelop AML guidance materials, training resources and controls
- āUpdate internal handbook on AML policies
- āAdvise and update senior management and the compliance team on policy implications
- āImplement the annual AML plan and perform quality assurance checks
- āConduct due diligence reviews
- āReport results of AML risk assessments and monitor remedial proceedings
- āIdentify, investigate and resolve non-compliant activities
- āReview and approve advertisements for publishing and broadcasting
- āPlan and keep records of annual and ongoing AML training sessions
