Requirements

- āHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern deployment practices
- āDeep expertise in API-based architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems
- āStrong knowledge of security protocols, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
- āUnderstanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code
- āExcellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders
- āSelf-starter with ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies and engage with customers
- āLanguages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French and/or Italian a plus

- āCollaborate with delivery teams, developers, and DevOps engineers to ensure architectures are buildable, testable, and operable
- āCreate and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, system specifications, and integration guides
- āIdentify and escalate architectural risks, technical dependencies, and performance bottlenecks
- āMentor junior architects and developers on architectural patterns, blockchain best practices, and secure coding principles
