Requirements

Responsibilities
- āInitiate and process high-volume payment transactions across multiple payment channels
- āReview and validate payment requests for accuracy, completeness and proper authorization
- āEnsure payments are executed within agreed timelines and in compliance with company policies
- āCoordinate with internal stakeholders regarding payment queries
- āVerify payment data accuracy including vendor details, invoice information, amounts and banking details
- āConduct pre-payment reviews to ensure all supporting documentation is complete and compliant
- āIdentify and resolve discrepancies in payment requests before processing
- āMaintain accurate records of all payment transactions in the payment system
- āReconcile bank statements with internal payment records to ensure accuracy
