Requirements

- āKnowledge of Ethereum and the EVM

- āFamiliarity with OP Stack and Arbitrum preferred

Responsibilities
- āLead critical projects end-to-end including design docs, implementation, reviews, rollouts, and post-mortems
- āBuild sequencer-adjacent services such as screening APIs, proxies, attestations, and chain integrations
- āProfile systems and optimize performance with load testing, flamegraphs, and data-path optimizations
- āTune caches and queues to improve throughput and latency
- āApply security first practices including threat modeling, key and secret management, and least-privilege IAM
- āEnsure operational excellence through on-call participation, incident response, blameless retros, and runbooks
- āMentor teammates on design, code reviews, testing standards, and engineering best practices
- āTrack EVM and OP/Arbitrum changes and surface actionable ecosystem insights
