Responsibilities

  • ā—Own the CEO's calendar end-to-end using clear decision rules and tight prioritization to reduce scheduling back-and-forth and protect deep work time
  • ā—Coordinate complex multi-timezone meetings with clear agendas links locations and buffers to keep stakeholders aligned and meetings high-signal
  • ā—Manage travel end-to-end including last-minute changes and risk mitigation
  • ā—Triage inbox and comms by filtering threads and drafting concise replies for review to keep communication context-complete and fast
  • ā—Run meeting logistics and key exec check-ins by stacking meetings when possible and ensuring next steps are captured and followed through
  • ā—Design and ship AI-powered workflows using Claude AI agents and automation tools to eliminate repetitive tasks and create scalable playbooks and procedures
  • ā—Make reversible low-impact decisions independently and escalate promptly on high-stakes topics
