Requirements
- ā5+ years of experience in event management
- āAt least 3 years of experience in the crypto or web3 space
- āProven track record running demand gen events hosted experiences and large scale productions end to end
- āPortfolio of events recaps or aftermovies to show
- āStrong project management skills across multiple stakeholders
- āAbility to define event objectives drive follow up and tie outcomes to pipeline
- āComfortable operating with partial information in high ambiguity environments
- āClear and crisp asynchronous communication across time zones
- āOwnership and autonomy
Responsibilities
- āOwn the events calendar end to end

- āLead development of Morpho-owned conferences including concept format programming and production
- āTrack speaking and sponsorship opportunities and manage external organizer relationships
- āManage event-related merch and gifting in coordination with marketing

- āSupport internal events and offsites alongside the ops team
