Requirements
- ā5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Generalist, or related operational roles
- āExperience managing onboarding and offboarding processes in fast-paced startup environments

- āExperience administering employee benefits, open enrollment, and HR documentation processes
- āFamiliarity with HR and workplace systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Justworks, and Carta
- āStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- āComfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and holding teams accountable to operational timelines and deliverables
