Requirements

- ●Strong understanding of cross‑border payments FX mechanisms settlement processes and liquidity structures
- ●Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Thailand including Bank of Thailand payment licenses and FX regulations
- ●Exposure to digital assets on/off‑ramp models or Web3 ecosystem is a plus
- ●Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate and structure agreements
- ●Ability to coordinate cross‑functionally with Compliance Risk Legal Treasury and Operations
- ●Comfortable working in a fast‑paced evolving regulatory fintech environment
- ●Strong communication skills in Thai and English both written and spoken
- ●Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for commercial analysis and presentation
Responsibilities
- ●Develop and execute a partnerships strategy aligned with the product roadmap
- ●Identify structure and onboard new partners to enhance payments FX settlement and fiat to digital asset conversion capabilities
- ●Grow and manage existing partnerships to increase transaction volumes and product usage
- ●Collaborate with Sales to unlock new use cases across collections payouts remittances and on/off‑ramp flows
- ●Coordinate with Compliance Legal Risk and Operations to meet regulatory and operational requirements
- ●Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding and launch
- ●Own partnership performance KPIs including transaction volume active corridors cost efficiency and time to launch
- ●Operate hands‑on in deal structuring onboarding coordination and partner problem‑solving
