  • Strong understanding of cross‑border payments FX mechanisms settlement processes and liquidity structures
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Thailand including Bank of Thailand payment licenses and FX regulations
  • Exposure to digital assets on/off‑ramp models or Web3 ecosystem is a plus
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to negotiate and structure agreements
  • Ability to coordinate cross‑functionally with Compliance Risk Legal Treasury and Operations
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced evolving regulatory fintech environment
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for commercial analysis and presentation

  • Develop and execute a partnerships strategy aligned with the product roadmap
  • Identify structure and onboard new partners to enhance payments FX settlement and fiat to digital asset conversion capabilities
  • Grow and manage existing partnerships to increase transaction volumes and product usage
  • Collaborate with Sales to unlock new use cases across collections payouts remittances and on/off‑ramp flows
  • Coordinate with Compliance Legal Risk and Operations to meet regulatory and operational requirements
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding and launch
  • Own partnership performance KPIs including transaction volume active corridors cost efficiency and time to launch
  • Operate hands‑on in deal structuring onboarding coordination and partner problem‑solving
