Responsibilities

  • ā—Lead end-to-end program delivery for client implementations including planning, milestone management, risk tracking, and scope prioritization
  • ā—Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders and provide clear updates on progress, dependencies, and decision points
  • ā—Guide clients through implementation approaches and best practices aligning solutions with business, compliance, and operational objectives
  • ā—Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment across parallel workstreams
  • ā—Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans balancing needs with timelines and cost considerations
  • ā—Oversee definition of data workflows and integration approaches ensuring inputs, outputs, and responsibilities are understood
  • ā—Review solution configurations and outputs to support client sign-off and acceptance
  • ā—Track and manage delivery risks, escalate and coordinate resolution of issues related to data quality and implementation dependencies
