Requirements

- āDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders within structured delivery programs
- āStrong client-facing presence and ability to lead discussions and manage expectations with senior stakeholders
- āClear structured communicator able to translate technical concepts into business-relevant language
- āWorking familiarity with data integrations and implementation patterns such as APIs, file-based feeds, and streaming or batch workflows
- āGeneral understanding of capital markets or trading system workflows
- āComfort collaborating with technical teams to review outputs and ensure delivery quality
Responsibilities
- āLead end-to-end program delivery for client implementations including planning, milestone management, risk tracking, and scope prioritization
- āServe as primary point of contact for client stakeholders and provide clear updates on progress, dependencies, and decision points
- āGuide clients through implementation approaches and best practices aligning solutions with business, compliance, and operational objectives
- āCoordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment across parallel workstreams
- āTranslate client requirements into clear implementation plans balancing needs with timelines and cost considerations
- āOversee definition of data workflows and integration approaches ensuring inputs, outputs, and responsibilities are understood
- āReview solution configurations and outputs to support client sign-off and acceptance
- āTrack and manage delivery risks, escalate and coordinate resolution of issues related to data quality and implementation dependencies
- āFacilitate root-cause discussions across product, engineering, and client teams and drive remediation and closure
- āEnsure issues are resolved, validated, documented, and clearly communicated to clients
