Requirements

- āStructured, organized, pragmatic, and systems-oriented operator
- āHigh agency, first-principles thinker comfortable coaching and challenging executives
- āExperience in fintech, crypto, or B2B SaaS (preferred)
- āExpert knowledge of employment law and compliance (preferred)
Responsibilities
- āOwn and build People functions including talent, HRBP, and People Operations
- āImprove performance management, leveling, and compensation frameworks
- āPartner with Finance on headcount planning, compensation strategy, and organizational design
- āDevelop managers and coach executive leadership
- āBuild scalable talent acquisition processes and systems
- āStrengthen culture through clarity, programs, and high standards
- āEnsure People operations run smoothly and compliantly
- āMentor and grow a small People team
