You will serve as the strategic bridge between technical capabilities and business value, managing delivery of the AI strategy and ensuring investments in AI produce measurable results. Requirements

  • ā—Proven ability to influence stakeholders across levels including senior executives
  • ā—Experience managing cross-functional programs and delivering high-impact projects on time
  • ā—Data-driven mindset with ability to define success metrics and measure effectiveness
  • ā—Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business strategies
  • ā—Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital asset sectors (nice to have)
  • ā—Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise and workflow automation platforms such as n8n (nice to have)
  • ā—Technical proficiency with Python and SQL and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain and TensorFlow and cloud-native AI services such as Vertex AI (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • ā—Define and execute an AI roadmap aligned with organizational goals
  • ā—Manage execution of core initiatives and internal enablement programs
  • ā—Coordinate between engineering, product, and strategic partners to ensure alignment
  • ā—Establish governance, metrics, and best practices to scale AI adoption
  • ā—Define KPIs and provide data-driven reporting on progress and ROI
  • ā—Advise and evangelize AI tools to automate workflows and reduce toil
  • ā—Research and evaluate AI tools and platforms for applicability
