Requirements

- āTechnically savvy with strong technical aptitude
- āExperience delivering client or investor focused solutions
- āProven ability to manage multiple account management projects with attention to detail
- āExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- āStrong verbal and written communication skills in English
- āAccess to reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and a private workspace
- āOwnership of a smartphone for required communication apps

Responsibilities

- āDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

- āCommunicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to management and stakeholders
- āDevelop new business within existing client portfolios and identify areas for improvement
- āForecast and track key account metrics and prepare account status reports
- āCollaborate with product development and management to identify growth opportunities
- āAssist with challenging client and investor requests and escalations
