We are looking for a full-time, fully remote Online Customer Support Agent based in Southeast Asia (SEA), as well as a part-time, fully remote Online Customer Support Agent based in Europe, to join our team and support our growing global player base. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong English & Written Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly, professionally, and naturally via text and chat. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Crypto Native: You understand blockchain technology, how transactions work, and how to troubleshoot crypto payments.
  • Attention to Detail: You are thorough, precise, and double-check the little things to ensure accuracy.
  • Fast-Paced Adaptability: You thrive in an environment that moves quickly and can easily adapt to changing priorities.
  • Problem Solving Skills: You are a resourceful thinker who looks for active solutions to user hurdles.
