Requirements

- â—ŹWork authorization to work in Senegal
- â—ŹFluency in Wolof and other local languages is an advantage
Responsibilities
- â—ŹAssess fraud risks periodically
- â—ŹDetermine vulnerabilities of customers, agents and staff
- â—ŹMaintain reliable data and dashboards for partner and statutory reporting
- â—ŹPrepare fraud training materials based on risk exposure
- â—ŹReport and communicate fraud issues to stakeholders and customers
- â—ŹInvestigate and escalate suspicious activity and take action
- â—ŹMonitor suspicious transactions and follow up on required actions
- â—ŹInvestigate fraud cases and liaise with the legal department and local authorities to close cases
- â—ŹPerform data analysis on fraud to support decision-making
- â—ŹPerform other duties as required
