You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, product and cross-functional roles. Requirements
- ●3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within Fintech, Crypto, Payments or Financial Services
- ●Experience with regulatory hiring is a strong advantage
- ●Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment from briefing through offer
- ●Experience recruiting across multiple business functions including specialist and senior-level roles
- ●Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns or operational team hiring
- ●Experience recruiting across international markets and working in distributed teams
- ●Strong candidate management and stakeholder communication skills
- ●Solid sourcing capabilities including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and proactive outreach
- ●Experience using ATS systems (BambooHR or similar)
- ●Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
Responsibilities
