Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source and attract candidates through various channels
Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity
Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers- Support other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications
3-5 Year of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the tech, fin-tech industry
Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Strong values, ethics and integrity
Fluency in English is required due to the nature of the role

Especially we are looking for a specialist with expertise in discovering and attracting talent from Chinese-speaking regions, particularly mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met, and delivering high-quality results aligned with our organizational objectives.
