Requirements

- āDemonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- āExperience working in regulated environments such as banking custody payments or capital markets

- āSelf-starter with ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies
- āExcellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
- āOwn end-to-end client programs and identify opportunities to position and sell services
- āManage senior client relationships for enterprise and institutional customers
- āAct as the primary point of contact for clients and represent their interests internally
- āEngage clients to identify needs, shape service opportunities, and sell implementation and support services
- āPartner with Solutions and Delivery leadership to define scope value proposition and expectations
- āDrive account planning pipeline development and service expansion across assigned clients
- āSupport pre-sales and deal shaping including proposal development pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
- āEnsure alignment between client expectations contracted scope and delivery outcomes
- āMonitor client satisfaction proactively address concerns and manage escalations with Delivery leadership
- āCoordinate and lead client governance forums including steering committees QBRs and executive reviews
- āProvide structured client feedback to Product Solutions and Service teams
- āContribute to go-to-market initiatives client references and case studies
