Requirements

- āComfortable operating in complex multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group structures
- āAbility to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution and detailed financial modelling
- āExperience building and scaling finance teams and systems in fast-growing organisations
- āProfessional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- āExposure to fintech, capital markets, tokenisation, or digital assets (preferred)
- āExperience with financial products or real-world assets (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- āOwn financial strategy and long-range planning
- āDeliver decision-useful reporting and insights to the CEO and Board
- āManage regulatory finance and capital adequacy for regulated entities
- āOversee group accounting, consolidation, audit, tax, VAT, and transfer pricing
- āEnsure robust revenue recognition for tokenisation and blockchain-native income
- āDesign and evaluate financial economics of new products and SPVs with Product and Commercial teams
- āMentor and build a finance function spanning FP&A, accounting, and regulatory finance
- āLead fundraising initiatives and prepare financial models and investor materials
- āDrive automation of finance systems and scalable processes
- āManage cash, liquidity, and financial discipline during rapid scaling
