Requirements

- āProficiency with AI-native engineering workflows, including coding models, IDE copilots, agent tools, and verification loops
- āExceptional engineering ability, product instincts, and care for quality and durable systems
- āHistory of high ownership and intensity; push projects forward and close loops
- āStrong full-stack fundamentals across web applications, APIs, distributed systems, and modern frontend architecture
- āHigh standards for performance, reliability, usability, and developer experience
- āClear communication and strong collaboration skills
- āBased in Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones
- āBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated ability
Responsibilities
