Requirements

- āExperience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers
- āUnderstanding of crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows
- āExperience working with APIs integrations and complex system architectures
- āAbility to communicate confidently with technical teams and senior stakeholders
- āConsultative advisory approach and experience in multi-stakeholder environments
- āBig 4 ERP fintech or crypto-native background (nice to have)
- āExperience influencing product roadmaps or shaping best practices at scale (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- āOwn post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers
- āServe as the primary technical and operational advisor post go-live
- āBuild and maintain relationships with finance operations and executive stakeholders
- āLead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions
- āMap complex fund flows and ensure Cryptio remains the central source of financial truth
- āAdvise on advanced crypto use cases including stablecoins custody DeFi token operations and treasury
- āPartner with Account Managers to identify expansion and upsell opportunities
- āAct as an escalation point for complex customer and technical challenges
