Requirements

Responsibilities
- āDevelop and implement the company legal strategy
- āAdvise the CEO, Board, and executive team on legal and governance matters
- āPromote and enforce corporate governance and ethical standards
- āEnsure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- āDesign and implement internal control frameworks
- āMonitor and interpret changes in legislation and assess business impact
- āLiaise with government authorities
- āIdentify, assess, and mitigate legal risks
- āProvide proactive legal advice on business operations and strategic initiatives
