Job Description
You own the end to end integration architecture across the People Tech stack, design and maintain scalable integrations and data pipelines that deliver reliable employee data across the full lifecycle, and drive the rollout of Claude and other AI tools across the People function. You build and deploy AI powered workflows and agents that automate recruiting operations, onboarding, reporting, performance cycles, and other key processes. You create self service tools and intelligent assistants that improve stakeholder experience and reduce manual intervention for the People team. You establish best practices for scalable and responsible AI usage, including governance, prompt standards, quality control, and change management. You partner with People leaders to identify high impact automation opportunities and streamline inefficient or manual workflows. You own the automation roadmap and deliver solutions using APIs, iPaaS platforms, native tooling, and lightweight scripting. You collaborate cross functionally with IT, Security, Data Engineering, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready People Technology solutions.
Requirements
- ā10+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Integration-focused roles with increasing ownership and complexity
- āProven experience designing and managing integrations across multiple HR platforms, including enterprise HCMs such as Workday
- āHands-on experience building and deploying AI or LLM-powered solutions in a business environment, including prompt engineering and agentic workflows
- āStrong understanding of APIs, webhooks, ETL/ELT concepts, and integration tooling such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar platforms
- āTrack record of delivering automation and process improvement initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and adoption
- āComfortable working with JSON/XML data structures, SQL, and cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery
- āExperience writing or reviewing scripts in Python or JavaScript to support integrations, automation, or operational tooling
- āFamiliarity with modern People Technology ecosystems, including ATS, HCM, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics platforms
- āStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
- āHigh ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking with execution speed

- āDesign, build, and maintain scalable integrations, APIs, and data pipelines that deliver reliable employee data across the full lifecycle
- āLead the technical delivery of new system implementations, migrations, and decommissioning initiatives as we simplify and modernize our stack
- āDrive the rollout, adoption, and operationalization of Claude and other AI tools across the People function
- āBuild and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents that automate recruiting operations, onboarding, reporting, performance cycles, and other key processes
- āCreate self-service tools and intelligent assistants that improve stakeholder experience and reduce manual intervention for the People team
- āEstablish best practices for scalable and responsible AI usage, including governance, prompt standards, quality control, and change management
- āPartner with People leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and streamline inefficient or manual workflows
