Requirements
- ā5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems roles, with hands-on configuration and administration responsibilities

- āDemonstrated proficiency in Workday reporting (custom reports, calculated fields, RaaS) and comfort working with analytics teams to deliver insights
- āStrong understanding of HR business processes, the employee lifecycle, and cross-system data flows
- āExperience performing EIBs, regression testing, configuration impact analysis, and release management
- āExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous requirements into scalable configuration solutions
- āStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build productive relationships with stakeholders
- āDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, operate independently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
