- āDeep understanding of CFTC regulations and operational requirements for FCM, DCM and DCO
- āTrack record managing and developing product teams and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- āAbility to engage with engineering on matching engine logic, API design and risk engine architecture
- āExecutive-level communication skills and experience presenting to C-Suite and boards
- āComfortable representing product externally and working in a dynamic, distributed organization
