Responsibilities
- āOwn and scale the global revenue organization across enterprise sales, partnerships, customer expansion, and revenue operations
- āDefine commercial strategy and operating model to scale revenue efficiently
- āEstablish frameworks for ICP prioritization, deal qualification, and pricing discipline
- āBuild and operate commercial cadence including pipeline governance, forecasting, deal reviews, compensation, and performance management
- āPartner with Product and Marketing to translate product strategy into go-to-market execution and enterprise adoption
- āDevelop and mentor senior commercial leaders to manage complex negotiations and strategic accounts
- āEmbed AI-enabled workflows to improve forecasting, deal analysis, account research, and pipeline management
- āLead high-impact commercial negotiations, executive customer engagements, and complex enterprise deals
