**We Are Hiring: Virtual Assistants**

**We are looking for highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistants who can help keep a fast-moving global blockchain organization running smoothly.**

**This is not a passive admin role. We need problem solvers who think ahead, communicate clearly, and take ownership of execution.**

**Your Mission**

**You will support daily operations, coordination, communications, and workflow across teams, helping leadership stay focused on high-level strategy while you ensure execution happens efficiently behind the scenes.**

**What You’ll Do**

**• Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling across time zones**

**• Organize documents, files, and internal systems**

**• Support email management and follow-up communications**

**• Assist with research, data gathering, and reporting**

**• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, dev, partnerships, legal)**

**• Help prepare presentations, decks, and materials**

**• Track tasks and workflows using project management tools**

**• Support event coordination, outreach, and partnership follow-ups**

**• Maintain clear communication between leadership and teams**

**• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as priorities shift**

**What You Bring**

**• 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or operations support role**

**• Exceptional organization and time management**

**• Strong written and verbal communication**

**• Comfortable working across multiple tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.)**

**• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment**

**• High attention to detail**

**• Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs, not just react**

**• Experience supporting tech, crypto, fintech, or startup teams is a plus**

**• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism**
