Requirements
- āAt least 2 years professional experience in trading, quantitative finance, or market making
- āExperience in quantitative analysis and data science, preferably on-chain data/DeFi
- āWeb3 native with regular use of DeFi protocols
- āExperience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- āExperience with SQL
- āExperience with Python or Rust
- āHands-on software development experience in a quantitative finance environment
- āCommunications and presentation skills for mixed stakeholder audiences
- āComfortable in fast-paced environments with ambitious targets
- āWell-organised with strong time management skills
