Requirements

- āStrong experience designing and managing CRM systems such as HubSpot as systems of record
- āDemonstrated ability to build scalable processes that improve data quality deal flow efficiency and cross-functional alignment
- āExperience working closely with Finance Legal Product and GTM teams to operationalize commercial processes
- āProficiency with Excel SQL or BI platforms
- āStrong commercial judgment and experience with payments fintech or complex deal structures
- āPreferred experience in blockchain fintech or payments infrastructure and familiarity with usage-based or ecosystem-driven revenue models
Responsibilities
- āOwn operational guardrails around pricing and deal flow
- āBuild and maintain HubSpot as the system of record for revenue workflows
- āEnsure deal data in HubSpot is accurate complete and structured
- āPartner with Sales Legal Finance and Product to streamline revenue workflow from deal validation through billing and renewals
- āDefine required information at each stage of the deal lifecycle and implement process controls
- āEnsure deals capture all required commercial details prior to contract drafting
- āEstablish scalable operational processes to improve revenue velocity volume and quality
- āProvide actionable insights into pipeline health deal progression and operational bottlenecks
- āApply knowledge of payments pricing and deal structures to ensure commercial alignment
