Requirements
- ā5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Pre-Sales role

- āHands-on experience with Ethereum or EVM-based systems (Layer 1 or Layer 2)
- āExperience working with regulated institutions (banks, asset managers, exchanges, payments firms) is a strong plus
- āStrong understanding of blockchain concepts including sequencing, finality, rollups, smart contracts, and network operations
- āFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure and production deployment environments
- āAbility to reason about performance, scalability, security, and operational tradeoffs
- āComfortable explaining complex technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- āStrategic thinking, independent deal-closing, high agency, and strong communication skills
- āComfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving market
Responsibilities
- āAct as the primary technical counterpart for enterprise and institutional partners during evaluations, pilots, and integrations into production systems
- āLead technical discovery sessions covering architecture, performance, security, compliance, and operational requirements
- āDesign and support test environments (devnets, performance benchmarks, cloud deployments) to validate throughput, latency, and cost assumptions
- āRespond to detailed technical diligence from banks, asset managers, system integrators, and regulators
- āTranslate enterprise requirements into clear technical feedback for product and engineering teams
- āShape roadmap priorities related to institutional needs such as performance, compliance tooling, privacy, and sequencing models
- āSupport integrations with wallets, custody providers, cloud infrastructure, and system integrators
- āGuide partners through OP Stack architecture, deployment models, upgrade paths, and operational best practices
- āLocalize documentation and provide technical enablement in Japanese
- āHelp customers compare and migrate from private or permissioned experimentation to public or hybrid production deployments
